2023 Soccer NS AGM – Notice

2023 Soccer Nova Scotia – Annual General Meeting

The Soccer Nova Scotia, Association’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday, June 11th, 2023, starting at 10:00 am.

At the Futures Inn – Halifax, 30 Fairfax Dr, Halifax, NS B3S 1P1

Delegates:

As per SNS Bylaw Article 11 h) VOTING, “all delegates must be appointed by the appropriate member and notice of their appointment shall be sent to the Association no later than fifteen (15) days before a General meeting”. Complete the attached Delegate Form and return to the attention of Kate Wigglesworth at admin@soccerns.ca no later than Friday, May 26th, 2023

• District associations may be represented by an unlimited number of delegates
• Inter-district leagues and NSSL are entitled to two (2) delegates
• Associate members are entitled to one (1) delegate
• Referee associations are entitled to one (1) delegate each

Voting:

• District associations are entitled to votes as per SNS By-law Article 11 b)
• Inter-district leagues and NSSL are entitled to two (2) votes
• Associate members are not entitled to any votes
• Referee associations are entitled to two votes
