Soccer Nova Scotia is excited to announce the following twelve clubs have been selected for the 2023 Grassroots Development Program. GDP clubs have been split into two cohorts throughout the Spring & Summer. Club presidents and administrators will be contacted by April 1st with the next steps in the program.
The GDP program was developed to improve the grassroots soccer experience throughout Nova Scotia. Zach Bauld, Director of Grassroots & Community Programming, will support clubs in developing and enhancing grassroots programs and coaching standards while improving the grassroots soccer experience for all.
The 2023 spring and summer cohorts will prioritize volunteer-led clubs in rural communities. Applications for the fall and winter GDP cohorts will be available over the summer months.
